    Get the runner's registered details.

    Ask for the exact full name and email they use on Egreeha.

    Create your account.

    Enter your own runner information.

    Add the reference.

    Enter their name and email. The website checks that the runner exists.

    Wait for approval.

    Your referrer approves the request from Referral Status.

    Send your registered name and email.

    The new runner uses them during registration.

    Wait for their request.

    It appears in your Referral Status page.

    Approve or decline.

    Confirm whether you actually invited them.

    Track progress.

    See their Free Run progress and membership status.

1 successful referral means the runner is approved, completes 5 Wednesday Free Runs, gets their Bandana and becomes a Season Member.

Simply inviting 5 people does not unlock the reward.
